Office Administrator


Hajoca Corporation is the nation's largest privately held wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating and air-conditioning, industrial pipes-valves-fittings, pool and waterworks supplies for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure construction. As an Office Administrator with Hajoca your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Service customers by accurately putting together stock orders
  • Maintaining stock levels to support customer service
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Assist team members in servicing customers including answering incoming calls, faxing, filing and photocopying.

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
