Senior Quality Assurance Specialist
The main focus for this position is to deploy and integrate a world class Quality Management System that is aligned across the Semiconductor, Chamber Solutions and Semi-conductor Service divisions including the divisional team and site and legal entities.
Driving change and embedding new optimized systems and processes, while ensuring that the QMS is effective in meeting the customer, compliance and legal requirements (ISO 9001:
2015, ISO 14001:
2015, 45001:
2018), as well as effectiveness in mitigating risks and maximising opportunities.
The role is local in scope, but will involve collaboration with colleagues in all regions internationally with some international travel.
Main responsibilities include:
Implement an integrated management system which is effective in meeting the customer requirements, compliance requirements (including legal requirements), OHSAS 18001:
2007, ISO 14001:
2015, ISO 9001:
2015, ISO 45001:
2018 and mitigating risks and maximising opportunities.
Manage a team of flexible resource to deliver the project activities Provide governance for local teams and legal entities.
Support a framework for continuous improvement and review of business and quality processes through regular process reviews and audit program Work with accountable local and legal entity leaders to deploy aligned Quality management processes Support the development and integration of a world class Business and Quality Management System into PC Haverhill facility.
Ensure that an effective document control process is maintained.
Ensure that temporary deviations from specification are managed through an effective concession process.

in a technical discipline required, Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of working in a quality management role or equivalent Experience working in a multinational company (preferable) Experience and track record in successfully managing change and process roll-out Other requirements:
