The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing advanced automation systems to enhance our production capabilities, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in control systems and automation, who thrives on tackling challenging technical problems and delivering effective solutions.

1.
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, ideally in a CPG or CPF environment.
3.
Proven experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and MES/SCADA systems, preferably with Rockwell Automation Control Logix.
4.
Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex automation projects.
5.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
6.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7.
A strong commitment to safety and quality, with a thorough understanding of relevant standards and regulations.
8.
The ability to keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our manufacturing capabilities.
9.
Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to support plants as needed.
