emails and calls with clients and potential clients; various office tasks; placing and checking on orders using the phone and/or online ordering systems; delivering samples to clients; visiting job sites; taking pictures of completed job sites.
Keeping conference/sample room organized and clean.
Planning, organizing, and implementing sales marketing campaigns including but not limited to:
creating lists of existing clients and potential clientele; creating mailers; creating email newsletters.
Cultivate strong relationships with co-workers, clients, and potential clients Ensure existing processes run smoothly, as well as seeking out simplified methods to streamline any inefficient processes.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS High School Diploma, or equivalent, as well as a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle with insurance.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in an office setting (in-person) Must be able to work in-person at our office in Haverhill, MA.
This is NOT a remote position.
Must be able to drive within a 100 mile radius; this includes both city and country road driving.
Basic computer skills needed including use of email and online ordering systems, as well as Word/Pages and Excel/Numbers.
Must have a positive mindset! Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment.
Needs to be organized, focused, and be clear in his/her communications in person, over email, and on the phone.
Self-starter with the ability to take motivated action, while multi-tasking and wearing multiple hats.
SCHEDULE Monday through Friday - flexibility with daily hours - approximately 20 hours per week.
Potential for full-time employment in the future.
This would be a great fit for a college student, recent college graduate, or a parent with young or school aged children.
