We are excited to announce that we have 1 open Experienced Sales Manager position.
We pride ourselves in being the best at what we do and have received the majority of our business via word of mouth.
This is a remote / on the road sales position and must be disciplined enough to be able to work and drive results with little supervision.
We're looking for a results-driven sales Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects commercially and residentially.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue, growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers Perform measurements and templates Perform cost- benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Be involved in constant lead generating activities.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback Skills Proven work experience as a sales representative Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with Moraware is a PLUS but not required.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Must have experience in the trade.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
