We are a Multi-site Property Management Company searching for versatile, skilled, detail-oriented maintenance technicians to help maintain our portfolio of residential condominium properties.
The Ideal candidate will be a team player that is reliable, has a solid work ethic and prior maintenance experience.
The position involves multiple trades and include both skilled & unskilled duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following areas of routine, preventative and emergency maintenance:
- General maintenance, repairs & upkeep of properties.
- Performing miscellaneous handyman repairs including but not limited to painting, drywall/framing, minor lighting/electrical, light plumbing, carpentry and landscaping.
- Accurately documenting detailed work order logs on a daily basis.
- Maintaining lists & Communicating with Management on the status of projects & assignments - Addressing unit owner emergency calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Interacting with and maintaining a positive working relationship with our clients.
All candidates are required to have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
You will be expected to work as part of a team as well as independently.
Candidates must also have the physical ability to lift 50
lbs.
as well as the ability to perform all the physical requirements of the job including lifting, bending, stooping, walking, reaching, crawling, twisting and standing for varied periods of time.
Positions are full-time.
