(Fall, 2014 Semester) Anticipated Start Date: September, 2014
Teach day and/or evening Introduction to Basic Writing or Basic Writing courses in the Department of Academic Preparation. Classes may be held on the Haverhill or Lawrence campus of Northern Essex Community College.
Note: The WRT001 and WRT010 course descriptions may be found through NECC-s webpage at /
- Master-s degree in English or a related field required with prior experience teaching writing at the college level.
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience using technology in instruction.
Qualifications:
- Master-s degree in English or a related field required with prior experience teaching writing at the college level.
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience using technology in instruction.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Experience teaching at the community college level.
Comments:
$920.00 per credit hour for Step I. For step 2 and higher, commensurate increase in salary.
